BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO IEIE
International Ecosystem for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IEIE) was co-founded in 2019 by the universities, the incubators, the accelerators and the science parks from the Eurasian countries. It is devoted to resourcing, matchmaking, coaccelerating and industrialization of new technologies of entrepreneurs and startups across the world. IEIE is a global, open, comprehensive and ever-growing ecosystem which supports not only the sustainable development of all the members but also the business growth of startups.

IEIE’S OBJECTIVES
- To build up a long-term, sustainable, mutually beneficial collaboration and resource sharing mechanism in global innovation and entrepreneurship;

- To help all members gain access to new networks, vertical resources, and overseas markets;

- To support the sustainable development of all the members.

RIGHTS:
- Each member’s physical facilities and expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship;
- Each member’s network;
- Each member’s channels and platforms for branding and promotion;
CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Elected by the IEIE Meeting every 3 years upon the recommendation by each member; 
- The Deputy Secretary shall act as the Secretary-General’s assistant.
The Annual IEIE Meeting
- Elected by the IEIE Meeting every 3 years; 
- Upon the recommendation by each member; 
- Act in convocation of all the annual IEIE Meeting; 
- Perform other function such as coordination of the resources, intermediary between the members, dispute resolution; 
- Deliver the annual report to IEIE Meeting on the work of the Ecosystem over the previous year.
Secretary-General
Staff
- The Staff shall be appointed by the Secretary-General under regulations established by the IEIE Meeting. 
- Appropriate staffs shall be temporarily assigned to the Ecosystem’s activities.
